    Ingredients: Golden flaxseed flour 26,3%, whole rice flour, millet flour, buckwheat flour, flaxseed 11,3%, pumpkin seed protein, baking powder (acidifier: wine stone, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, release agent: corn starch), thickener: guar gum, buckwheat sourdough powder, sea salt.

    All raw materials come from controlled organic cultivation. 

    Durability: Minimum shelf life of 14 days - Store in a cool and dry place.

    PREPARE. Combine the baking mix with 9 tbsp (90 ml) water and knead well.
    BAKE. Press the dough into a mug and bake separately in the microwave for 4 minutes at 800 w.
    ENJOY. Carefully remove the bread from the mug and let it cool. Finally, slice and add your favourite filling/topping. Bon Lizzappetit!
