Preparation:
1. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
2. KNEAD. Knead the whole baking mix with 60 g margarine and 60 ml Soydrink (or another plantdrink).
3. SHAPE. Shape balls (approx. 20 g each) and press them to cookies (approx. 6 cm diameter).
4. BAKE. Place the cookies on a piece of baking paper and bake for 10 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
5. COOLING. Let the cookies cool completely before eating. Bon Lizzappetit!
